Flowster is a powerful yet easy-to-use software that makes workflow/process/SOP creation and assignment easy. Having all of your standard operating procedures in granular form in one place allows for great freedom because you create them once, and can use for many months/years. The ability to create flow templates and update in one place that then populates everywhere is helpful.
Keep your team on the same page, and free yourself from repetitive tasks. If you have a team, or plan to in the future, finding a place to develop and distribute your library of processes and systems will pay dividends.

Freedcamp is a simple, clean, affordable, task and project management platform that makes team and project processes and management simple.
My favorite features include:
- The ability to create custom task templates that include specific fields relevant to the business. For my publishing flow I have fields for genre, penname, wordcount, etc.
- The ability to move tasks from one board/team-member to another. In my flow a book can move from writer, to editor, to cover creator, to formatter, etc.
Image Creation
Bookbrush is one of the most intuitive and versatile image creation services/software on the market and has grown into a mature product with lots of features. Bookbrush is particularly streamlined for social media and ad image creation for authors and comes with hundreds of templates to produce 3D images of your books, plus lots more, including video and website asset creation.

Repurpose is one of the most powerful content repurposing and distribution engines available. I use it almost every day to pull the feed from my podcast and automatically create audiograms for Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, and Youtube. Once a flow is set up it is completely hands off and turns one piece of created content into many. Used to its full potential Repurpose could also create and schedule snippet audiogram and video creation and drip out ongoing content without any further manual intervention.
Simple Podcast Press is a fabulous piece of software that pulls the RSS feed directly from your podcast and automatically creates a blog post on your WordPress website with a player, and optional share and subscribe links and optin for your chosen email list provider. The plugin also comes with nice widgets to highlight your episode stream, latest episodes, and subscription buttons.
